They don’t answer their phones. Hours aren’t as listed/advised on their recordings. Mail gets magically lost all the time.

Yes. At the court house.
Yes you can. You can get a restraining order and then he can't come within so many feet of you.
I don't know but try the Administration building on the Plaza floor. In the Elevator push the "Plaza" floor button. You'll end up being outside instead of inside upon exiting the Elevator and the Administration building will be to your left. I apologize for not knowing the phone number. I don't go to the Snohomish County Courthouse very often. Just to pick up my vehicle tags annually and that's it. The Administration building is the part of the Courthouse premesis where I do that. Anyway, if that is not the part of the Courthouse you want, they will direct you from there and there will be other Elevators you can take to the correct place if needed, instead of having to walk all the way back to the one you got off of on the way in. I hope this helps. Blessings!!
Probably or next door . they will help you figure it out at the entrance where they screen everyone for weapons etc
No you do not. There are a set of questions you need to answer about symptoms for COVID-19 atthe securitycheckpoint. Thats all

No
Wills are not registered in any county or state database, as far as i know. If it cannot be located, you can ask any banks she might have used about Safe Deposit boxes. Also you can try to figure out if she had a favorite attorney. They typically keep a copy of their client's wills.
No pets but seeing eye dogs or a veterans dog as examples are allowed.
You have to call CPS or go through the courts and file for custody involved. CPS only gets involved for risk of safety to the child, however keeping a parent from them could possibly be considered mental abuse, which cps does deal with. That being said, be vary hesitant to call CPS, if you have a home, job and are able to care for your kids you should contact the supreme Court I believe (not 100% sure what court, here it's supreme Court in my county) and file a custody petition, you have rights (assuming they haven't been previously terminated by CPS) and she can't say whether or not YOUR kids can see you.
Go to the county clerk. Second floor. They'll help you.
Call the clerks office and give them the case number
