A little unkempt but people look comfortable. A smaller trailer was moving in so space might be available.

Seriously one of the best places to stay especially long term. Sandy the owner is a rockstar and takes care of her good tenants. She does not put up with any issues that you might have and is working on making the place nice and cleaned up. I love my life here.
