Went there for a reduction of my bill which was costing me $285 per month. Hopefully I will get it next month. But by doing so they deleted several of my channels even though they said that I would have the same service. What a lie

0 stars!! Hidden Fees and lies!! I returned equipment, only to discover I was being charged for things I didn’t have. The store corrected it and said I would receive a 89.75$ refund. I took a picture of their computer, verifying my account was caught up and I had everything settled. The email I received said I would get a 85.40$ refund… Then they BILLED me for 50.49$!! This is why you should always take a picture and request documents. Xfinity will secretly charge you, then claim ignorance as to what happened. Store now claims I owe money and won’t let me take any pictures of their screen as proof of my charges or bills. Never again will I ever use this company’s services.

Service was really good. Didn't give a 5 due to wait time. It just seems to get really busy in there. Make time if you're going in for anything, at least 20 mins.

Good luck all provider's run through the automated phone system. I was at a business next door. Hell will freeze over before I go in to a Xfinity businesses there the biggest rip off of all cable companies. I'll go with out.

I'm answering your question with my limited knowledge. Xfinity has streaming service that you can access via any TV if it has that app. You can definitely download the app in your phone and chromecast to any TV. Xfinity do offer cable services for TV.

As a customer personally I always go directly to the source. Start at the store where I got the service. Explain I do not have an appointment. Wish to express my reason for showing up to the store, explaining my problem. Hoping they have a solution to my problem. 9 times out of 10 customer services helps resolve your problem. That is what they are there for.
Router IP is "dynamically" assigned. For consumer level Ive never seen it change. I suspect if you trade in your router it will get a new dynamically assigned ip due to the MAC address change. I would call comcast customer service. In my region they are actually helpful, contrary to how they were several years ago.

I was just in the store and asked about this. He said that everything is on the cloud now, so if you don't change accounts or locations, you don't lose your saved programs by just changing the Box.
I have had Comcast both in Mukilteo and Everett. My net doesn't go down unless they run an update and it restarts. It could be the in the box they hook into or in the lines inside your place. Try swapping out the Comcast modem for a new one first.
