As a customer personally I always go directly to the source. Start at the store where I got the service. Explain I do not have an appointment. Wish to express my reason for showing up to the store, explaining my problem. Hoping they have a solution to my problem. 9 times out of 10 customer services helps resolve your problem. That is what they are there for.
No APPTS,JUST WALK IN,THEY WILL HELP YOU
No appointment necessarily. Never a long wait. Usually a movie playing, comfortable seating, & complimentary water/snacks.
