I suggest not to use this store. From my experience, the owner is unkind. Some of the workers are unpleasant and process customers' packages incorrectly. Most importantly, the owner seems to smile at lighter skin customers and frown at darker skin customers. At my earliest convenience, I will never do business there again. I will contact the State of Washington AG to inform them of their questionable business practice.

I’ve had this UPS box since August of 2021. I’ve had “UPS store” boxes all over the country and stick with them because the staff are usually phenomenal and because the United States Postal Service (USPS) has gone to trash. I’ve had boxes sent through USPS vanish before leaving or getting to their destination (yes this happened in New York where the employee said if I don’t like the experience, write my delegates). I digress. Shifting to this specific UPS store……the service was terrible pre the recruitment of Will. Example: high turn over rate, 15-30 minute wait for service times, package slips in the wrong boxes, duplicate package slips in your box after you picked up your box, confirmation of delivery with slips not in your box, lol……….and a computer that selectively works or is inaccessible. Will has been the most competent leader of that store for which I hope he is getting rightfully paid. He works incredibly fast in comparison to his colleagues, is efficient and solves issues expeditiously. His follow-through and dedication to clarity is a lost “customer service art”. He is firm when he justifiably needs to be because customers can be arrogant and ignorant too. He is by far my favorite staff and if I have an issue that needs to be addressed, Will is my go to and preference, as I won’t even bother with the other staff that move at snail pace on their best day and don’t seem to think critically at all for resolve. I gave three stars for the store because of its deficits, but if I could just rate Will it would be 5-star Hope this team member gets a promotion or better opportunity all together.

June 2022. Basically, this store can take prepaid Amazon returns. If you have anything else you need, GO ELSEWHERE. Sales associates that I worked with are either new hires on their first day or under the influence of something. I called ahead to make sure they had color printing... they said yes on the phone. In person, they said they've been unable to color print for some time. Add on incorrect packaging, reversing the origin and destination addresses of the package, prices that differ from the quotes on their website, and several other issues. You'll have better luck jamming something into a bottle and throwing it out to sea. Go ANYWHERE else.

I stopped by this location a few weeks ago because it said on their website that they have notary service available. The person behind the counter apologized and informed me that the notary was not currently there and provided some times I should try again. Every single time I have been in, no notary to be found. I was in on Saturday and was told the notary would be in today, guess what? No notary again. After I did some research I come to find out the notary that is never there is the manager/owner? How are you going to manage a business and advertise notary service and never be there? If you’re this inattentive with paying customers I can’t even imagine how much of a nightmare you must be to work for. I will be taking my complaints to the UPS corporate offices. Do better.
