I wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst service ever! Wouldn’t accept my package they said there system was down and wanted me to drive to Burlington. The guy behind the counter was very rude and couldn’t print a return label. Overall I will never ship with fed ex unless no other choice. Corporate fire your manager!

FedEx employed my dad for 17 years, never have I seen a FedEx location that has the lack of care for customer service. When an item they were supposed to have packed did not arrive, we called the location to ask if they could look for the item (a literal rock), they declared they did not have anything before even declaring what the item was. The audacity to not even look for an item for five seconds, declares a clear lack of customer service. The only saving grace was the employee and the employee being trained on the 17th, I'm sure they just missed it when packing it as the store was very busy. That was this locations only saving grace in my eyes. FedEx teach your workers basic customer service: to look even if they think nothing is there, especially when they don't know what they are supposed to look for, and are just not willing to look in the first place.
