It is possible. You just need to make an appointment on their website. The appointment needs to be within 72hours of your departure and you can set the appointment 2 weeks before. If you don't find something immediately don't give up. There are appointments popping up always(especially at midnight)😉 Hope that helps!
As long as you call within 3 days of travel, yes. But you need proof that you are traveling within 3 days. Make sure you specify its an emergency when calling to set up the appt
