Dr. Liz has a unique ability to make a turnaround in your wellness with her touch. Recently, I went in to see her and I was a hot mess...I had an active 3 day migraine going, my body was beyond tense and my emotions were high...she was able to reverse all that in one session with acupuncture and gentle craniosacral manipulation- my migraine went away and every body ache and pain too, it was the best I've felt in years. She is a good listener and can lead you on the right path to better health. I was suffering from acid reflux for some time and she recommended bitters (which she had available at her office) and it has really improved my reflux symptoms. The bitters will also take me out of active acid reflux when I'm experiencing heartburn. Dr. Liz should really be part of your health team! I'm really happy I found her, thank you Dr. Liz!

Dr. Liz is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. She is a phenomenal acupuncturist, ND, and all around holistic health expert. I've seen my health transform under her care and it has changed the way I look at food as medicine and supplementation as key components of health. Also, highly recommended if you suspect you have food intolerances and are dealing with issues potentially related to that. I love her office and her energy is great. She is someone who listens and cares, but is also driven and full of knowledge, so the conversation includes a lot of historical medical knowledge and explanations on paths forward. This is the best care I've had and when it comes to health and overall wellness, care like this is paramount to true positive outcomes. Take the time to visit with Dr. Liz (although she is in high demand so book out a few sessions in advance.) If you are coming from traditional medical care as I was, it takes a few sessions to adjust to the fact that you ACTUALLY get the time and attention your concerns deserve. Dr. Liz will work with you through these concerns and faciliate healing from the root causes, using a whole mind/body view instead of focusing on symptoms as isolated. My first visit welcomed me with a cozy home office and treatment space - what a cool and welcoming spot Dr. Liz has created. I am so grateful for those 90 minutes with Dr. Liz. I appreciate that she's learned all sorts of fascinating stuff so she can then pass it on to people like me, and create some seriously positive change. I felt so good leaving my session, and will be counting the days until I can come back again. I highly recommend making a visit with Dr. Liz sooner than later!
