Took almost a week for them to read an xray. Absolutely awful service. Went on a Thursday and got my results like Tuesday and it wasn't even a holiday weekend or anything. And get this, they keep sending me late payment notices and invitations to start a payment plan BUT THEY WON'T JUST SEND ME THE BILL. I'll pay it with a credit card right now if you just send me an email with information to pay. Seriously. I gotta sit on the phone or drive over there and convince y'all to take my money? It's only $20, that's a waste of both of our time. I. can't. pay. you. if. you. don't. send. me. a. bill. You have my email address. I get other messages from you. Email me a bill. If you're reading this, just go somewhere else.

I absolutely love my doctor. I’ve been going to this location (when it was in a different building) for 15 plus years. But one RECEPTIONIST in the new place is literally making me rethink about coming here. He’s tall, short brown hair. Wears a vest. I work with the general public also so I know it can be challenging, but this individual goes out of his way to be awful. He once read my test results (That’s absolutely not his job) when I asked for my paperwork. He’s incredibly demeaning. His tone, his attitude, lack of care, brash reactions and the fact that he invades privacy and I have LITERALLY HEARD HIM TALKING ABOUT PATIENTS DETAILS at the front desk before. Fire him please. I can’t go back in there if he’s working I leave wanting to cry every time I have to interact with him. Everyone else is great.

Completely unethical practices, the vast majority of these doctors care more about money than they do about their patients health. They double bill their patients consistently after billing insurance for a multitude of services that were never performed. I would steer clear of this place at all cost.

I've been going to this clinic for five or more years. I've always had competent medical care and good service at the front desk, including phone calls. My PCP is very responsive to messages sent via mychart. I'm very satisfied and will keep coming back for my medical needs and referrals to specialists if needed.
