I work at Cogir of Northgate and we have a phenomenal TEAM and an amazing Leadership team . During this pandemic almost everyone has suffered in many ways. We have managed to keep our resident and team safe during this. The care staff is amazing and food is always delicious , we have activities maintaining our social distance and masks. Thanks to everyone at Cogir of Northgate for focusing on human focus and maintaining the great care and support for our residents and families.💜

I have been working in the medical field for 25 years. This place was awful. The nursing director was why I went there. Then she resigned and I don’t blame her. They are kicking people out. The residents in general are great; but being told you can’t live there anymore in the middle of covid? Then they got mad because I called out sick....not my recommendation if u want to be happy at work. I was not impressed and they need staff. They just decided calling out was not acceptable oh and the food sucks so a freezable lunch box. One of the worst places I’ve ever worked for. I would never put my mother there. Ever... .
