Beautiful apartments near the light rail and a couple convenient stores, but away from all the whoo-haw. Friendly, professional staff. Lots of optional activities and group outings. And affordable!

No, you do not have to of Filipino heritage to live at Filipino Community Village. Our community is welcoming to people of all backgrounds. Our name reflects the fact that our affordable senior housing community was developed in partnership with the Filipino Community of Seattle’s nearby community center.
