We’re residents and love it here. We’re spoiled by great food, service, housekeeping, and valet parking delivered by friendly professional staff. The community is wonderful with lots of fun activities and lectures. We love our apartment and are happy to let someone else handle all the maintenance.

A nice luxurious place to retire in with views of the stream below and the shopping center and movie theater nearby. Library within walking distance. They offer valet parking for guests. Residents are friendly and will say hello.

Our 2-bedrooms vary in price depending on the location, layout, view, etc, and generally range from $3,855 to $4,950 per month, with a one-time entrance fee that starts at $385,000 for 2-bedrooms. Our entrance fees are 80% refundable to you or your estate when you leave Aljoya. Included in this pricing are 25 meals per month, an extensive and stimulating life enrichment calendar, housekeeping services once a week, basic cable, and more.
