I think the teller barely spoke English. She did not listen to a thing I told her. I asked her if this was a credit union, no response. I said shared branching many times before she spent ten minutes trying to deposit my check as if I had a Washington Federal account. Bad customer service

Washington Federal did modify the name, to WaFd Bank. We are still the same bank you trust. We launched the simplified name because the previous title did not emphasize that we are a bank. Our solution? Put the word “bank” in our name - WaFd Bank.
