I can not complete the security check to make any changes for my account. My phone number is unvarifiable and Customer Suport can not give me an answer why. Your verification with taking a picture of an ID refuses to accept any back picture. Customer service says it does not go through and keep telling me to try again with out giving any advice. After about the 10th try I get handed off to multiple managers who have no other solution. There best solution was to go into a physical bank. The closest capital one is over 500 miles away. I live 20 minutes from the state capital.

This review is not about this branch specifically but the CapitalOne credit card fraud department. They are terrible and handling fraudulent charges. I have a dispute that I provided all the required documents. Yet they keep going back and forth asking for me for more even though I called their customer service asking if the documents was sufficient before submitting. There was a time they even said I never responded back and closed the case while I already uploaded the document and the customer service on the phone with me confirmed the receipt . I am not sure if I can get my money back at this point, already spent some money on postage as well. I called a imposter hotline and paid them, in the end I did not get anything for my service and they bank fails to protect me, I am so disappointing, I am probably canceling my card soon because I don't want to deal with the same situation again if I get scammed.

I’ve been with capital one for less than a year and love their services. I moved from an awful Bank that charges for everything while capital one will offer most transactions free of charge. Also, their capital one café locations have staff that is super friendly and every time we go we get a free coffee and even the last time we went into one of the locations we got a free tote bag with snacks. I highly recommend this bank !!!!
