My tire suddenly went flat at 5:30pm- made it to Les Schwab at the end of their day and despite being tired and busy, David made it happen and got our tires fixed so I could get to work at the hospital. Thanks Les schwab team!!!

Was on my way home (4 hour drive) when I got a flat tire. I got the donut on and was able to make it to this les schwab it was about 30 mins till their closing time so I was a little worried that they wouldn't be able to fix my tire for me, but thankful they got my car in and fixed my flat so I was able to get my family home safely. They didn't even charge me for the flat repair which was just the cherry on top of their amazing service. Thank you guys for your service.

Employees are all very nice and service is quick. I suggest making an appointment beforehand whenever possible, as this will make everything go fast and smoothly. Just showing up expecting instant service is unlikely, as they are usually pretty busy. They try to get everyone in that they can, but it isn't always possible. Don't be discouraged if this is the case. This location is fantastic, they do great work. I've been coming here for at least 10 years, and have never been disappointed.

20 years ago the North Bend Les Schwab won my loyalty. Until yesterday I bought all my tires and other maintenance (like an ARB bumper for my old Land Cruiser) from Les Schwab. I tried to return the money back Quick Fit tire chains I bought there. I told them going in that I had bought two sets of them and that I found this set when cleaning out my garage. Their database only goes back to 2011, so they couldn’t find my purchase. They did find the transaction where I returned the other set. I suspect they kept the receipt that had two sets on it at that point. What the young man said to me was, “there’s no evidence that you purchased these.” Implying that I was a liar and a thief. Not only was the prior return, their name is on the box and it’s the kind they guarantee. Basically my loyalty counted for nothing. I have spent thousands there over the years. Since Les Schwab doesn’t trust me I don’t trust them anymore. My next set of tires are coming from Costco who honors their return policy. I won’t be back to North Bend Les Schwab. Update: I found my receipt from 2007 and they still won’t honor their guarantee.
