I have a client who lives here. She pays her rent on time & doesn’t receive receipts. Her stove is broken, the hallways smell bad and are masked with a strong cleaner that bothers her, they don’t get back to her about things that are broken or not working. ex: Her son had to replace her light outside so when she comes home from work she doesn’t fall. Her sink leaks water on to her porch when she has it on for small amounts of time. She’s reached out to management multiple times and no reply.

Call your Managers Office to get your Account Number. Then go to their website scroll down to Pay Rent. From there you'll be prompted to Register where you'll input info to create Account and can pay rent online.

I'm not absolutely sure. I think it's 55 and disabled otherwise 61 BUT I'm not an expert!! :) Call one of the three people in the office, Ruth mainly handles new rentals and is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Good luck!!
