I let them look at my computer because I thought there was a problem with a driver. I was told 2-3 days to fix it because there were 2 computers being looked at ahead of mine. I sent an email to check in after a week (7 days), no response on my computer being fixed. I called the next day and I was asked to hold while the computer tech was on break, I waited for 2 hours until they closed and have not received a response. My computer might be fixed or it might not, but I have no idea because the company obviously does not care for people who pay $80 up front for a problem that might just be a small technical problem. But I don’t know if it’s a tech problem or not because they won’t answer me!!!

Would give them 6 stars if I could! Progressive handled a very complex data recovery issue (RAID with multiple drive failures) for a reasonable price, with excellent communication at every stage, and very quickly. We got a full recovery of our server, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Data recovery is not something you should ever have to experience. This was the case for one of my clients with tax data he needed quickly. Richard and team at Progressive Tech not only were able to quickly diagnose two completely different projects; one with RAID and the other with a damaged drive but did it in under a week. I run a repair business in Kitsap County and are happy to send my clients who need data recovery someone not too far away. Thanks for a great experience.

I can only highly recommend this place. They helped me out as quick as can be. Yesterday evening, shortly before their shop closing hour, I called them to ask about my mac book pro, which I urgently need for work, not any more booting and one of their team members even offered to come to the store one hour before the opening hours the next morning to ensure that the issue could get fixed as fast as possible. I stopped by early in the morning and handed over my laptop and after less than an hour, I had an email from them telling me that only one cable needed to be replaced if I agree to it and the laptop boots again. What a relief, so thanks to them again!!

Definitely!

I cover on the power button of my MacPro has cracked in half. It still works. I just need a new cover for the button. Is this something you can take care of? Thank you.
