I have been coming to this location for a few years now and always have a great experience. The woman Nicole that helped me with a "not so normal" problem with my pool equipment was great. She is very knowledgeable and to me a awesome problem solver. Anyways, this is a great place to get your pool stuff.

I can't Thank Pinch a Penny enough for their expertise and not taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about pools! I scheduled for what a possible leak sine we were adding water about every other day ( I know about the Florida heat and pools but thought the water was evaporating to quickly) Anyway the guy came out checked the best he could, capped of the overflow plug to see what would happen, turned off the skimmer and scheduled to come back the following week. We did as he told us and the pool level stayed the same but the spa kept dropping and rising. The following week another tech came out checked and saw the spa and how low it was saying it shouldn't do that. Well whatever he did to the spa the level in both are running normal I guess for a pool. He said he couldn't find a leak and gave me the name and number to a company that does leak inspection. I fully expected to pay something for their time but when I asked he said "there's no charge" I was surprised at this type of customer service and I'm not one yet. As soon as my daughter gets out of the agreement she has for our pool service I'm calling Pinch a Penny. By far the best experience and caring enough especially in today's economy.
