Horrible costumer service. after I stay in a line for more than 5 min,apparently I was in the wrong line. So I have been asked to move in the good line, but to wait again for more than 10 min. I apologize and ask just to not stay anymore in the other line since I already stay in one,and I'm suppose to be the next costumer. Not understandable at all! If I could give -0 stars I would. Manager apparently does not know how to manage!! I wasn't rude at all. I just ask to take me after finish with the costumer in front of me. But she decided to take another costumer that came after me ,but was in the right line. I just have one item to change. And meanwhile I was trying to explain the situation she blew me off.
