Hi my name is kaitlynn I have came here many times and have experienced the same thing about time and the length of picking up orders . I do my self work in food and understand the stress of the job but it honestly upset me to see how many people where waiting. I understand it can be over crowed but what honestly made me upset is to hear a young man who is trying to get a job is now late to his first interview and waited about an hour for his food. Kindly a lady with a bun and who decide to take it in her own hands to help him out did but still the problem here is still current and this hasn’t been the first time your this has happened with the long time wait with pre order . Luckily I hope this gets fixed and corporate can help with this problem that keeps reacquiring . Honestly after this second incident I don’t think I will ever come back to this chipotle I rather travel 30 mins to a good location who has appropriate education on time management and customer service skills. For example when working In food I’ve learned to work as a team yes time may be to get off at this time but it would be nice to see this place get back to what it use to be honestly I think this place needs to shut down for a bit and rebuild it’s communication skills and team work . Then open its doors again. I have waited for about one hour and 20 mins just to get my meal . Hopefully this place can get together and work as a team .

These people need more help. Everytime I order online I have to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. It’s faster to wait in line and it’s like this all the time. Edit- I waited 40 minutes and got home to find they skipped half the food in the order. No queso, no guacamole that I paid for, chips stale.

Literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to - and that says a lot. Always out of everything, guacamole, chips, rice, etc HOURS before closing and refuse to make more. The staff is beyond lazy and incompetent. You have people walking out the door, waiting in line out of the door for an HOUR, people waiting on to go orders for 40 min and a lousy bunch of employees to compensate. I said a LITTLE bit of hot sauce and he dumps the entire ladle without any regard to what I just said. Chipotle has one more chance before I stop spending my money with the company entirely.

Horrible customer service, be prepared to wait in line for at least 30 min, they never have food items, always out of something, disgusting tables. Every single time I place an online order they mess it up. Worst chipotle Ever!
