Worst bank to do business with. They need to seriously update their system and online Banking. Worst customer service among all banks.

We have been PNC customers for years, in several states, and have found the Brandon Florida branch to be one of the best. The customer service from the teller staff is always exceptional with their kindness and help with our banking needs. Setting up new accounts was done efficiently and with attention to every detail. I feel like I have to have an 8 00 plus score to get a credit card with my bank that I've been with for years. I received an invite for a credit card so I figured it's been a few years since I applied only to be told by the bank it's hard to get a credit card even for them and they work there but I figured since I got an invite maybe things have changed. Nope!! How is it that I can get a credit card from any other bank that I don't even bank with but I can't get one from my own bank. I am so disappointed with PNC
