Paola is the best!!! She patiently helped us with an account issue. Her personality shines through and she is very knowledgeable. She showed us things we didn’t know about our account. She even waited on hold with us over an hour to make sure our issue was taken care of correctly. Truly the best customer service by far! Give this woman a raise and the kudos she deserves!!!

Drive thru ATMs are never working!... Being that I am self employed and I am unable to have direct deposit. I get charged $12 per account and $15 per business account. My annual fees are $648. I will be leaving this bank, to a bank that accommodates self employed businesses.

Every time I call it says they are busy. They are understaffed at this branch and don't always have a licensed banker. Would not recommend

I have a CD in amount of $76,000 at .05 for 6 months, how does the bank figure my interest at the end of six months?

The time will expire in January, but I just wondered how the bank figures the interest. I went $76,000 times .05 and come up with $3,800 when the 6 month expires and I get $3,800 of interest, if not so how is it figured? Thank you. All of the bankers are sick with the virus and can not get in to talk and found this site.

Do they have atms available when they're closed?
