This Bank really needs more tellers…. every time I walk in there’s a line out the door. It’s unacceptable and really irritating. Staff doesn’t even seem to work with urgency knowing they have a line out the door.

I can’t believe this every Bank of America only has one teller they don’t care about there service and there rude but there fees keep going up it doesn’t make since horrible service !!!!!!nothing has changed still long lines poor service

So, currently we are having a hard time finding the teller assist to be open. (not there at 6:30pm today, 5/28/2019) They've changed the hours and I cannot seem to find the updated hours posted...
You have to go to location that the lobby is open. You may have to deposit a check instead of cash.
They have many different products. My suggestion is to go there and explore what works better for you.
