Charged $2 bucks to print 2 pages and made me connect to WiFi to print. They said it would cost $5 to email them pages to print. Every ups store charges different rates and in poorer areas they charge way more than in other cities with higher incomes. Basically because if you need their services they can overcharge. Nice employees but horrible unregulated costs due to all being independently owned and operated.

The manager Manager Erik came over to assist when the other staff didn’t even turn around when I was at the counter. He took my package, taped it up, then after he was done told me he’s charging me a dollar to tape it instead of telling me up front before doing it. After asking if I wanted a receipt he bruskly said “we’re done here.” Not friendly, but they performed their job functions adequately.
