Made an appointment for a delivery with the company. Drivers made appointment verification diver no call no showed . This driver called again to make another appointment at certain time I agreed with the driver. Didn't want to take a second route adding another 10 miles to the trip due to an down tree. Had to talk to management more then 6 times to arrange drop off . End result worst experience I would never use this company. But .. the girls in the front are very helpful they did what they could to resolve my issue.

Nice people and very polite. I went in to see if they had any batteries that they needed taken away for recycling they said they didn't know that they would take my name and number and she took my name and phone number and information down and she was really nice thank you.

My BF took his car there and it was sold with no issues. The main issue was getting the check from them. I had to make multiple calls and they were very rude. They lack good customer service. The check is apparently lost and it has been over a month and they are so slow in issuing a new check.

I did go to the office at this facility and they had partitions up between the customer and the person helping you and they made you wear a face masks and they had hand sanitizer available and they made you stand about 3 ft away from the counter and people around the facility were wearing masks as far as anything else I can really tell you hope that helps you

Yes. It's an insurance auction. I believe the majority are damaged vehicles that are owned by an insurance company. They want to auction the car to get whatever amount back to recoup on the claim that was paid out.
