Matthew was the best!! Fixed a very annoying issue I was having ( not getting sound alerts for my text messages) in no time at all! Very professional, polite and went above and beyond! Highly recommended this place as well as being helped by Matthew.

I went to this place over a week ago to get my dual back camera fixed for my S21 5G and they originally told me they had to order the part and to call back in 2-3 days which i totally understood. I called back 3 days later and they told me they ordered the wrong part and to call back again in 3 days. I called AGAIN and they told me they didn't see it and they would call me back. I have NEVER received a callback. it is absolutely ridiculous how they continue to mess up or misinform me for something that was only supposed to take 3-4 hours to fix once the part came in. Update: This place is still as garbage as it was for my first review. After 3 weeks, they tell me that their Samsung calibration machines were down and they were trying to fix it and to call back at a later date. I called back a week later and its fixed and they finally have my dual rear camera. I asked them if it was okay for me to show up on Saturday at 10am to drop my phone off for repair. It's Saturday now and they aren't even open. It literally says on their door that they open at 10am. How are you going to tell me its okay to show up at 10am and not even be there. This place legitimately should be shut down for all the b.s. it makes you go through.

Not good customer service. I called the 1-800 number to ask for assistance with my cell phone screen. It took some time for someone to answer and was told the price would be close to $300. I asked for a manager and I was told someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. No one called. I went to the store in person and explained I paid for a cracked screen last year and now I am back to fix the screen again. I asked if they would honor the price. I was told no, their prices are set by the cell phone manufacturers and this is a corporate store. I asked to speak with a manager. They provided the name, Ms. Mahon, the District Manager for this area. They told me they could not provide her email or phone but to call the 1-800 number. I again called the 1-800 number and they said they don't have Ms. Mahon's number but to go to the store. I am beyond disappointed.

They fixed problems with my Pixel 3 phone on two occasions - gunk making it difficult to charge and "no service" phone connection after the phone fell. They solved the problems in minutes, and I found them responsive and great to work with.
