I did a Mega Party for my Daughter and her friends there yesterday and it was great. Staff is friendly and attentive. Special shout out to the employee at the front desk/ concession stand David and our party host Taylor! They were great with the kids. Even with the mass amount of requests from the kids they were able to field all request promptly and with a smile. I appreciate them both helping to make the experience fun and trouble free

Parking garage is available across from the building. We booked Sky Zone for 1.5 hour days in advance for 7 people $30 a person + tax under $230.00. 2 people were unable to show up, there are no refunds. So they credited us for 2 people and out of what was already paid gave us our grip socks which is $3 per. There was a line that we skipped, because of advance pay. Showed it from our phone and moved to the front. The waiver you sign, protects them at all cost if you injure yourself. So be mindful, have fun but don't act crazy. The place is fun it was packed with kids and adults. But, I have no idea how they sanitize the place kids, sweat and more kids and some adults too😳. Like any other out door activity, when you get home wash your hands and take a shower.lol If you have small kids, please pay attention to them jumping. Some of the workers are on point spotting an issue before it occurs others could be better. Issues like kids taking turns from others or getting in the way. Overall each trampoline course is fun. Big kids and adults try the warriors obstacle course. From Junior to full on Warrior. I must say ask the workers to inspect all the warriors obstacle courses before you get on or before you get there. There was a piece that was missing and an open link that could have injured someone. The pic is me on the Warrior obstacle the chains with balls I'm swinging from right there one of them need to be inspected, especially before kids get on. I gave it a 4 stars because the fam and I did have fun.

It wasn't bad. I think its better to try this during the weekday. It was packed and hectic. They have enough there to challenge both kids and adults. I wish the staff by some of the stuff was a little more helpful or hands on when kids or adults were having difficulties with a stage. They said nothing and really weren't helpful. Also seems like they are trying to get money out of you at every juncture. You shouldn't have to pay for lockers. Especially lockers that won't hold both shoes and coats in the winter and if you are a family of 5 you are getting multiple lockers so that you aren't lugging all your stuff ard. They should be free. They didn't really check vaccination cards but made sure everyone was masked up! It's a great time all in all and by the time you are done, adults and kids are ready for a good nap lol

Great place to enjoy trampoline! This wasn’t crowded but was pretty busy. This is a few blocks away from the MetroNorth station. This inside the mall but most of it, is closed right now. The workers wore masks but most guests didn’t. They did keep the place clean. The staff was friendly. Definitely this place is a lot of fun!

Is it a place for toddlers
Yes u can. I think it best to pay in store. Great part is when I went I had so much fun and if I wanted to spend another hour it cost an additional $15...totally worth it.
No regular socks. You will have to purchase Skyzone socks for $3.00. They are anti slip. But the socks can be reused any time you return.
Yes they do
It is a matter of preference. I paid online
Clear! and if there is time I will go back to go around again!
Yes
All ages. Toddler time for below 4 years. The rest of the time is above that , any age
The injured is 9 7 pm
They go by the hour to hour rate. They will give u a discount by group. I suggested u go to their website. Highly recommended
Price varies Depending on what you are doing or the time. But the usual price is abiut $20-$22
Great place. Had a blast with my son there on his birthday.
1 hour to jump
By the hour..they may give group rate if you come with a party of people
Sadly 😔 no
We were there until 9pm
Ninja areas. Multiple trampolines area. Private trampoline/Dodge ball arena. Trampoline basketball
They have the prices on their website
Only on glow night
See
I believe it was about $30 per person. Socks are required and sold separately for $3...if u go late into the evening it will be a "glow" event (something like that) and a glow shirt is required, another $5 per person.
I believe its per hour. A whole day is alot
Yes, as followed: $22.99 for 1 Hour $25.99 for 2 Hours $29.99 for 3 Hours
I'm a size 12 and the socks fit pretty well with a bit of space. I'm sure they will have size 14 socks.
Yes if you complete the online waiver and the kid can show the barcoded email that you receive....make sure you complete it for the correct location!
Also you have to buy the socks that's 3$. The jumpers is 22$ each.
No they don't have to pay
They have entertainment for every age group. So I don't think theirs an age limit. Because when I went there I saw even the baby on the breast there.
I think is 120 minutes for $27.00 is the maximum, but you can always call and ask.
It would be almost $3,000 ($22 hr per person x 2 hrs=$44). $44 x 60=$2,640 plus the socks @ $3 per person ($180).
They have different locations
Yes. Go to their website.
No but I suggest you call them or look it up in Google
Thank u it's that for 2 ppl in total or for 1 person
It depends on how long u want to jump prices start at $25
All depends on how long of a session you want .... I took my 2 girls and it came to about 21 dollars including the Sox's for 90 mins ....
Yes you can but I don't know the price either.
You can always check their website for details on the days and hours.
Yes
You should always check their website for details of their offerings.
$ 32 includes the middle and T-shirt. Preferably go at night
You cant bring outside food and beverage. My daughter had a party last year and everyone came as long as the space can accommodate them. You pay for jumpers only which can be both child and adult. I would recommend asking parents who wants to jump in the invite.
Kinda small
Toddlers are $10. After that 120 minutes. General Admission: $24.00 for all.
The times may vary, but they are open from 11am to 9pm
No free parking unfortunately. However there is a public lot within the complex. Rates are very low from what i remember
This summer is Fridays from 8-11 pm
They charge per hour. And 2 is the most they allowed in the initial check-in. If you want more than can add. The charge per hour can be seen on their website. You can bring lunch as they provide lockers for you but they also sell stuff to eat there.
Additional $3 for socks which is a ripoff. Even if you have grip socks on they want you to buy theirs. Glow night is ok if you e never seen something like that. That's when they get a chance to rip you even more $29 + tax. Not a good place , too small, most sections are closed and you're not even told about it , the staff is really rude and crass. They have absolutely no standard when it comes to their staff, the lowest of the lowest humans without any manners or etiquette work here TRUST ME , DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE
No you don't have to 18, it for all ages
In my opinion, stay away from this place. Rude and arrogant staff. Cheap stuff with cheap people
You can ask for their group rates as well
Yes but you have to pay 2 dollors for them
No adults do not have to pay. Only jumpers have to pay, bystanders are free
I was told as long as the person (child) can walk they can jump with a waiver... This was for a birthday party... There are different sections for different ages of people. Everyone at my son's birthday had fun (ages that jumped were 4-43)
Yes there is parking and the system they use to pay for it has changed over the years. I csnt remember whether you need the space number or your plate number to start the payment process. Make sure you know both just in case.
$22 for 1 hr./person plus $3.00 for mandatory socks $32 for 2 hrs./person plus $3.00 for mandatory socks
Give them a call and someone will be there to assist you and give you step-by-step instructions on how to throw a party of any size
$22 per person plus $3 for the Sox, for one hour or $33 for 2 hours
If telling them youre the president of the United States doesn't work, show them your state ID
You have to buy the $3 socks. But you keep them and you can bring them with you and wear them the next time, and there after. It is open to the public the whole day.
Check their website for detailed times
You are required to purchase and wear the socks they sell.
They could vary but you can check their website for detailed times.
Call the location or cuatomwr service. Prices always vary by location and time of year.
The website has all the orice listings. But most of the time they charge a set rate per hour.
You have to reserve a party area
You can just search it :) also they have a trampoline area for little kids
Plenty of parking for the parking lot (5 story parking lot). Parking is not free.
15o
Yes
