Me and my husband drove an hour to get here and it was well worth it. The store is huge and has an excellent selection. We went to look and buy a stroller and associate, José, was amazing. He showed us how to take apart each stroller we looked at. He was very patient and friendly. We left with a stroller and we had a great time there. I just wish there was a closer location to where we live but if you are looking for baby items you will not be disappointed. Worth the drive!

Drove an hour to return a stroller we took out of the box. She first claimed we couldn't return it open boxed (I had to pull up the return policy and show her), then claimed we didn't have a receipt when it was on the counter in front of her, then claimed it came with a manual when it didn't, claimed we didn't have all the packaging (we did), then claimed there was food all over it and instead of standing there to continue arguing with her we left and disputed the transaction on my credit card. I now have to wait 90 days to see if they want me to ship the item back, or at a minimum take pictures to prove it wasn't "covered in food" . I have to store this stroller I didn't even like.

Motioned and made eye contact with associates for 20 minutes and can't get help. Seems if you aren't pregnant or carrying your kid to the store you are invisible.

I will NEVER buy anything here again. I ordered a 500 dollar stroller and it came broken. I brought it back to the store within the week of receiving it. I had the Proof of purchase with my order number for them to put it back on my Buybuy baby credit card. At the end of the transaction they give me a WARNING that states future returns may be DENIED. I have NEVER bought anything from Buybuy baby nor have returned anything from Bed Bath and Beyond or Buybuy baby. Considering how expensive baby items are and if I receive another item broken they may still deny my return. I will NOT take that chance. Plus the number they give you to call is a joke. The lady had no information instead she has to email me an address for me to WRITE in my complaint.
