Super efficient and well run testing location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, I did not have to wait long on a Monday morning. The whole operation is outdoors. Instructions alon how to find your results are very straightforward. Paperwork is easy to fill out online, making check in super fast. Overall impressed with how smoothly this testing site is operated.

I was a bit anxious about getting tested, as I’d heard it was uncomfortable and long wait times, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and fast it was. The wait time was short, and the volunteers and testers were are all very friendly and put me at ease. I asked if I could take a moment between swabs, mostly because I had worked myself up not because it hurt, and they accommodated me no problem. It was a weird feeling and uncomfortable, mostly because we are taught not to stick things up our nose, but the technicians were gentle, and they appeared sensitive to people feeling anxious. It was done in less than 30 seconds. It took a couple of days to get the lab results back. I’m so grateful for this service in our community. There’s no reason not to get tested, even if you’re not sure if you’ve exposed or don’t have symptoms. It’s free whether or not you are insured if you live or work in Seattle. Best to be safe and help us all stay healthy.

The people checking us in, and the people taking tha nasal samples are awesome. I had a 230pm appt, got the at 220pm, and the line was still long. I got my nasal swab at 310pm!!!!!

I'm blown away by the operation. I unfortunately had to leave town on short notice and was worried about getting test results before getting on the plane. I made my reservation Wednesday night for 8:50 AM the next day. Super professional staff, easy to follow instructions. Keep in mind this is a walk up place, so bring a coat because you might have to wait outside in the rain for a couple minutes. We got our test done after giving name, address, phone number and email. Que Tip (or however you spell it) up the nose, not pleasant but not horrible. Similar reaction to eating wasabi. Got results back in 24 hours, although they said it would probably by 24-72 hours. I imagine going during the week helps vs the weekends. Nicely done City of Seattle!

Approximately 24-72 hours. They told me to check the next morning and also to contact them if it takes longer than 72 hours. My personal experience: < 23 hours: Specimen not received by lab 23 - 35 hours: Awaiting results 36 hours: Received results.
When I was there, everyone had a reservation. If you are symptomatic, though, you can usually get a reservation same day. Good luck!
Yes, you can but better option would be to setup an appointment
Yes
You can provide your insurance information (optional), but testing is free. I assume the testing site may receive some reimbursement from insurance if you provide your insurance information, but it's always free to you.
You get a sheet of paper showing you how to go online and check your results.
I got tested 2 times no waiting once with app.and 2nd time walk in
Yes on their website through Solv
It is walk up
You should have received a paper at the test sight with info about getting your results
It was an uncomfortable 10 seconds for each side. The guy who did mine said it will feel a little spicy. Weird, but it did
Yes. They will bill insurance. But not charge you if insurance doesn't cover it. They just take what insurance is willing to give to cover costs. Confirm for yourself using their website. This is my understanding based on my own reading.
Yes , they're Trusted partners but I have to said, I been trying to get information and had been difficult . No one gives information about it.
