The worse place to go. First of all they know how to make a small business fail, just prepare to be out of work for at least 2 months. We took our box truck in for it going 40 mph, making a weird noise, and a light on dashboard, it took them a month to get fixed. 2 days later we had to take it in for the same exact problem. Took it back in and it took another month to fix and all of sudden the truck has additional issues and extra charges, so clearly it wasn't diagnosed properly the first time. For a busy place, you'd think they will hire more service techs and be open on Saturdays but NO. And the labor fee is out of control, when you call you hear how the tech has been working on it for this many hours but how is that even possible when your truck sits there for months. Orlando freightliner do better, your customer satisfaction score is a zero in my book.

Service department has a hard time following simple instructions. Drop the truck off tell them exactly what needs completed and they are not able to make it happen. Be weary of this shop.

We've called for service 3 days in a row. Nobody has called us back. We finally got hold of a live person today and he was VERY rude. There are other places to take your business. If we could give them zero stars we would.

Hi there, Thanks for asking! We ask all of our customers to please wear a mask upon entering the building - we have masks with our receptionist if you do not have one on you. We also clean and sanitize all counter tops, bathrooms, etc. very regularly and in between visits to ensure everything is disinfected and extremely clean for our customers. Additionally, we fumigate all trucks and RVS before returning them to the customer. You can find personalized hand sanitizer stations throughout the building to keep your hands clean and germ-free as well! Our top priority is to keep you safe and on the road.
