I have a 55 gallon with two very large plekos ( both over 12 inches length and 4 inch girth ) that feed from the top when I feed my one golden angel, ( also very large over 7 inches from top to bottom dorsal fins and over 4 inch body before tail ).

Get them out of the tank and replace with two small plekos that only grow to about 4 inches.

I would suggest getting them some of the bottom feeder wafers, that way they don't have to feed off the surface which really isn't natural for them. They prefer to feed off the bottom. I don't see any questions that you asked so I am assuming it is about feeding them?

Lisa P. I believe Petco adopts fish that aren't able to be taken care of anymore.
