I just wanted to share my experience with Park 212 for the last 5-1/2 months. First of all, I'm very happy to share my wonderful experiences with staff at Park212. From the maintenance requests and questions I have had there has been very prompt responses from the staff. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and so responsive with alerting tenants of work and building maintenance being done. I really enjoy my stay at Park212. The apartments are clean and updated too which makes living here nice. Doggie-centric here as well so pets feel so welcome all the time.

Do yourself a favor and look else where. The staff here does not respond to messages until you contact Epic directly. When you have noisy neighbors you will shoulder the burden and they will not assist. If you live near the stair wells you can hear every thundering foot-stomp. The staff will also look to ping pong you back and forth without ever giving you an answer. If this is the only place you can live you may want to consider a cardboard box first.

Lived here for about 2.5 years. Right next to park and ride, so transportation to Seattle for work (pre-pandemic) was a major perk. Maintenance and staff are very helpful, prompt, and friendly. Fairly quiet and plenty of parking. The building and units are a bit older and worn but overall in decent condition (though, our unit was not fully renovated so this may be different for others).

I moved from California to Washington during the pandemic for work and knew nothing about the area. I was very fortunate to find a place to live at this apartment complex. Whenever I have questions, the assistant manager Danielle has been extremely responsive and friendly. The apartments are inside of a building so I did not even get close to needing to turn the heater on all year which was great. In addition, the maintenance team is extremely responsive if you ever have an issue (I accidentally fried an outlet and they replaced it the same day on a Sunday). They regularly vacuum and shampoo the carpets inside the complex which is also appreciated. Overall, we feel extremely fortunate and l cannot recommend this place enough. -Chris
