Great place to live, set aside from the main road and surrounded by lots of trees and well-manicured lawns. I just wish the new management company didn’t raise the rent a few hundred dollars, forcing everyone to leave. Every day I see a new U-Haul truck outside moving people out. Charging Seattle prices for an Edmonds location.

This is Avery nice place to live and the management is soo good.Ican always reffer some one there.ita too peaceful and clean.Ido love this one girl called Kelly or keila.she left the company and went back again she has quite a big heart for her tenants.you can never go wrong with brackets apartments my niece Lives there too

I was visiting a friend living at the Brackett. This community is absolutely amazing! While walking the beautifully, manicured grounds, I met and spoke with a maintenance team member. Joshua greeted me with a warm smile and greeting. He welcomed me to the property and asked if I needed any assistance. After a short chat, he was off to complete his tasks. This type of customer service is rare indeed. I told my friend she was lucky to have found this wonderful community. Thanks Joshua for the kind and warm greetings, you made my day!

Five star service form the team at Brackett Apartments! The grounds are beautiful and the units are spacious and updated. Wait until you see the storage offered in your laundry closet, major bonus. The leasing team was pleasant and answered all of our questions, they even took the extra step to call and make sure we were still interested in the unit we viewed. Seriously the best service I’ve ever received from a leasing office. You will be in good hands with this community.
