Everything went all peachy and dandy after we just moved here back for 2 years now. Last year, we have problems with our home. Everything is suppose to be spotless and clean before someone moved in a mobile home community. No vents are cleaned, no new carpets, no new wallpaper, etc. When my mom called the office with any problems, there’s no answer. She even left a voicemail and nobody still didn’t pick up the phone and never called back. They always saying to get the stuff for the problem like “Next week”, “Next week”, “Next week”, “Let me give your mother a call”, and now it’s “Next weekend”. No one still came. Now we have floors are collapsing and toilets are still running in every bathroom for a month now. What a worst service ever! THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY FOR RENT OR FOR SALE! I’m so glad we’re moving out of here after I graduate from college in May 2023.

It's $1000 for a 2 bedroom, but be careful they raise their rent without notice. Also the pool they advertise hasn't been opened for 3 summers now.

I hear ya I'm the same way I told the management that I had a problem with my trailer well my floors and ceilings need to be replaced and my bathtub because it has a crack in it and water is leaking in and under my house causing water damage and they said they were going to fix it a month ago and still haven't and they had the nerve to give me a infraction letter today like are you serious technically under renters rights I don't have to pay rent until everything is fixed the management sucks
