Editing - back for another round and these ladies are still so sweet and attentive despite having all chairs full. LeAnn brought a heel warmer for my infusion site and it stopped burning so badly - it was like magic and I just really appreciated it! 🥰 The infusion center nurses have been so sweet & attentive to me to ensure I am comfortable during treatment. Angela was so nice and helped to ease my anxiety regarding everything, especially since it was my first time and I am VERY pregnant. I did have a small hiccup with insurance but Susan and Alfred were both very helpful to get me scheduled and worked with my VA referral paperwork. I would highly recommend this infusion clinic for those in need!

I have been here (still waiting) for 2 hours and 32 minutes. I have watched the waiting room fill up and empty 5 times (going on 6 now) and I have been to the front 4 times asking about my appointment and all I get is “they have you’re paperwork and are waiting on a room.” Really? My doctor hasn’t seen a single patient in 2.5 hours??? Not to mention the women at the front don’t seem to appreciate your questioning why you are the only person in 2.5 hours that has yet to be seen! They even have a sign that says if you have not been seen in 20 minutes to let them know….like they really care…ha, what a joke.

BEST physical therapy teams around. I have used then multiple times and credit them with keeping me out of a wheelchair or becoming bedridden. They are tough but very very good. They listen to you about your body and guide you to become your best. Highly recommend Jason Baareman and his team of associates. (As for the orthopedic offices on the other end? Negative 5 stars an do not go there. From care to billing they left me almost disabled an kept passing me around and taking money even though my insurance paid 100%.)
