Nice clean dump station with hose for wash down. Stop at the gate on Ryder press the button on the gate and they will let you in. The site is used by commercial trucks as well so please don't hold them up. I had to come in backward in order for their hose to reach. I asked permission they said it was fine. It is the back gate of the water treatment plant and it is on Ryder

Ryder St is a small street easy to miss if not paying attention or driving too fast. It is a small industrial area Vallejo Sanitation is just a little past the driveway and on the right. You can in their driveway or on the inside street .

In order to turnoff service one has to disconnect the upper lateral.
