My mom spent about 10 days at Springs Road for rehab after a 2 week hospital stay. The staff was always very helpful and kind each night when I called to speak to my mom. I was impressed with the Covid protocol and felt my mom was in a safe environment there. Two individual shout outs - first, Sophia was always available for me to talk to. She gave me her direct line and explained to me everything that would happen regarding my mom's stay. She was always comforting and reassuring, a great presence at Springs Road! Second - Jennifer, who handles the discharges, was awesome! She too explained the entire procedure to me, helped me arrange transportation for my mom's trip home, and was always available to answer my many questions. Kudos to everyone at Springs Road for helping me to get my mom home safe and sound!

My uncle was in this facility for a couple months and I must say the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. The communication between my family and the nursing staff in-regards to my uncles health was excellent. Thank you again for everything you guys do and have to deal with especially during these times.

I've been staying here for two weeks, with three more weeks to go and so far it hasn't been too bad. The nurses take really good care of me. It's clean. The food is decent. My call light is answered timely. Everyone has been friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody that needed to stay in one of these places.

Physicians generally see residents upon admission and once every 30 days thereafter. Though the physicians aren’t there every day, our nursing staff is in constant communication with each physician that visits the facility.
Residents may take a leave of absence with a physician’s authorization, which can be arranged through the nursing staff. Residents who take a leave of absence must check in and out with the leave of absence (LOA) book at the nursing station.
Please make sure to check with the nursing staff before bringing food in to ensure the food complies with special diets. Any food kept in resident rooms must be in a properly sealed container.
