I'm not religious. I don't believe there's only one way or that anyone's ideals and belief's are any more valid than another's. That said, what I do believe in and respect are those who walk the talk! This leader Benjamin Biggs, and his very hard working core crew of Volunteers are so Amazing and Inspiring. It's not flowery words and sugary fluff. They're the real real! Hard working and dedicated! Dedicated to helping and that's beautiful. Those of us that flit in and out, volunteering when we can, are blessed to be able to contribute because YOU are being beautiful in the world. You made the reality for people to help people. I have to say Amen to that.

I want to give them more stars because they care, but the place is so run down and a lot of the food given is already spoiled. It's dirty and unorganized, but when in need it's a place you can rummage through many clothes and items for free in addition to food. The type of person that shows up tends to be very unkept and some smell foul. If you are an average person just down on luck it's worth going, but it feels really uncomfortable and you get held up in groups. It's good for their crowd management, but I wanted to pull my energy in tight and not engage with those that were there. They definitely attract a very poor crowd, and I'm not speaking financial hardship. Very low quality people that are hard to be around. I appreciate the help I received in the two times I was there and because of how much the volunteers care and provide for others, this is where I send ALL of my donations. I can't wait to drop off several jackets for this fall/winter. The place could use much improvement, but they are doing good work from the heart.

We only accept perishable foods on the days that we are open to the public. Every Tuesday and Friday 9AM until 2pm

There's usually someone there every day, late morning/ early afternoon. Except for Sunday
