I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I had an MRI and an X-ray done. From the time I arrived until the time I left I found them to be punctual, professional and very kind. Each step was explained, and ear plugs and music were provided to combat the noise from the MRI. They also did an outstanding job practicing safe COVID protocols. I would definitely recommend this business.

I visited the center yesterday. I have never had such an awful experience before. We had an issue with the center receiving the x-rays orders from my doctor. While I was waiting on the technician assisting me to get ahold of them, she came back and told me that they couldn't do it without the doctor's order and that in fact the insurance I had (Tricare) doesn't normally pay them. She repeated the comment about tricare 3 times. I told her that I was using my PIP insurance. Even if that is the case, her comment was so unprofessional, to say the least.

We made an appointment with Swedish Radia Imaging for our 20 week ultrasound due to our regular OBGYN office not allowing spouses to be present at my ultrasounds. Swedish Radia allowed for my husband to be in the room with me as we saw our baby girl's face for the first time. I can't imaging doing this without my husband in the room and I'm so glad we decided to book our ultrasound here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and our ultrasound tech was very sweet. We are so glad we booked this ultrasound appointment and would recommend other first time parents parents to book here too.

Way overpriced compared to other X-ray facilities. Higher in price than the average. I had no idea. I wish I would have researched it instead of just going there at my doctors recommendation. I will drive an extra 5 miles to save. After my insurance covered there part I had to pay what the total cost would have been at another X-ray place. They didn’t even get a clear enough X-ray to determine exactly where the break was.

I myself personally have 2 different insurance companies and they have an issue with billing each time. So u may get a bill so you would have to callthen and dispute the billing. I have to do it every mo
We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. We recommend that you check with your specific plan to make sure we are in-network for your particular plan.
