I want to put 8 guppies and 8 green neon tetras and 5 cory cats in a 30 gallon tank dose this sound ok ?

I read and hear that the rule is an inch of fish per gallon. The guppies, tetra, and pigmy Cory's grow to about 1-2 inches. you should be good as long as you have a filter, dont overfeed, and do partial water changes.

I have a angelfish and she has a big white gob where she would normally have babys what can I do to help she swims ok and she eats normal

Guppies breed like crazy! Iffy due to the possibility of overcrowding. I would suggest that you get a 40-50gal tank, or cut the numbers in half for a 30gal...
