I hung up & drove there once; because, I'm not someone who can sit on hold for a long time ( feeling forgotten*). When I asked the receptionist why the hold was so long she said "they were short staffed". There was no line & they didn't appear to be understaffed. They could have been busy before I got there thou. I understand they do have so much to do. They do have volunteer's to help them thou, and they should work on answering their phones better. I hope you got thru to them Shestin. You can always go in & find a new fur friend too...🐕🐩🐆🐈🐇🐰🐀🐢
They are volunteer based. Almost any question can be answered online unless it is very specifically about a pet which they cannot give you over the phone. You must come in. If you leave a message they will get back to you.
