Went to drop off my bike to get an estimate to get bike fixed for the brakes and rewiring cables and in return, got it back worse than how I left it. I asked for a quote simply for brakes and rewiring cables, and when they got back to me with a higher quote than they mentioned originally, including stuff I didn’t ask for. I was not willing to pay the high price, they gave me so I went to pick it back up. They gave it back to me, with wheel not in the same place it was, cable now broken and one of the shifter not working anymore. Really disappointed with the service at this shop. Completely felt like they were just trynna scam me and get me to donate the bike with the way they gave it back to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Amazing people, they do alot of cool programs that's how I got to meet them. They have way to help people less fortunate with either finding bike for cheap or giving one away sometimes. Awesome company awesome people.

Caught a flat mid ride so I googled bike shops near me, this one popped up so I had to walk a mile to get to it. Once I got there I was instantly welcomed and taken care of. I was in an out in about 5 minutes and was able to continue my ride. Great place would definitely recommend to anyone

Outstanding shop and people. They're always able to help me fix my bike at a fair price with a smile on their face. This is the best bike shop ever! 😁👍🚴♂️🚴🏾♀️🚵♂️🚵♀️

Yes they are the best also they are willing to teach you to repair your bike totally up to you but they are more than happy to take care of all of your bike needs in a safe and sanitize shop and the best prices
Yes, they even have certain days (over the weekend I think) where you can go in and have access to their specialized tools and have help from a certified mechanic
Hello Bill- we would need to have you bring in your wheel to accurately tell you how much it will be. Hope to see you! - Shop Manager
We accept donations of bikes and bike shaped objects and can provide a tax receipt for donating to a 501C3.
We are only taking 2 customer groups in the shop at a time, our programs are on pause, the community tool space is closed, we are social distancing, regularly cleaning surface, and we screen and temp check all employees before work.
It depends on the condition of the bike. Depending on needs, it can by as cheap as $5 adjust to $140 for complete tune plus any replacement parts.
They accept donations, but do not buy used bikes. They are a non-profit community bike shop...
Debbie I usually drop off my bikes for repairs, they may have used parts that can save you quite a bit. If you can not find used parts they can order new ones and they are the most reasonable aI have found.
Dk
You can bring in donations do you need help transporting
