They run a scam on Milwaukee Avenue trying to get DUI's. I didn't have one drink and Officer Markakis said he smelled alcohol. Him and others are being investigated for corruption.

The Catalytic Converter issues. NPD is running a day program to...um....use spray paint...theft deterrent. Thives are sanding off the paint. Even engraved numbers...sanded down. We actually spray painted one...ours...same way NPD is doing.....easily sanded off the paint in a test.
