I'm extremely disappointed with Sophia one of the staff at Our Lady of Ransom. Sophia was extremely rude over the phone. She doesn't even state her name when she picks up the call. She doesn't exemplify the character of a Christian woman. When inquring about becoming a member of the church she refused to answer my questions because I had been inactive for sometime now. She didn't want to explain how to become active again. It was almost like she had a personal issue and was reflecting it onto others because I've never had someone at a church speak to me in that tone and demeanor. She's the reason I want no part in becoming part of this parish any longer. A church should have staff members working that are spiritual, kind and patient with others not rude, bitter and mean. God Bless her and her soul. I hope God may guide her in the right direction to be kind and loving to her fellow brothers and sisters.
