- Expired items on shelf (moldy bread visible on the shelf) - Managers berating employees out in the open (If they are willing to do this how awful are they are they in private?) - Something like 10-12 check out lanes but only 1 or 2 are ever open. - Hand baskets have been removed so now you have to grab a cart for anything you can't carry without a basket. - There are rarely small carts available unless you arrive in the early AM, later in the day only big carts are available so even a trip for a handful of items can often result in you being required to use a full size cart. Multiply this problem by every visitor and the your ability to simply navigate the store effectively is jeopardized as every single person has a large cart. - This place does not feel like a Marianos, it feels like Marianos Corporate bought a failing grocery store, slapped their logo on top and changed nothing else.

Purchased sushi here. The avocado was spoiled inside the sushi rolls. If I had time to go back and return I would but stopped to pick up lunch and needed to get back to work. Instead my lunch needed up in the trash.

Had our daughters 2nd birthday Saturday. Chose to spend our hard earned $500 on catering here for our small gathering. Was called at 7am waking us up saying our chicken kabobs we ordered were not available due to shipment but rest of the order was ready. That was our main course so panic set in. And the 7am call was a bit early on a saturday but oh well. Who needs sleep before hosting? We were set for a 10 am pick up. We arrived around noon and was let down a second time when we saw chicken, peppers, red onions, and skewer sticks were all present. We go to pick up our apps ( as a family member stayed home making kabobs from jewel ) and was let down a 3rd time when we were told at the counter at pick up the shrimp tray was not made. We waited. They scrambled and made one. And we rushed home already late for our event to get disappointment 4. The chopped salad we ordered and paid for was replaced with a lettuce medley and carrot shavings. Not the chopped salad we were billed for. We already had the disappointment ball rolling and got so upset over the whole ordeal we do not even want to bother going back in person to ask for the difference back. If you need a random item off the shelf this location can probably handle it. Anything involving counter help, orders, or catering I would avoid this place like the plague. And absolutely do not rely on anything as a host from this place unless you have over 24 hrs notice to pick up and deal with delays, missing items, and unexpected substitutions.
