I have always enjoyed catching my bus at the Dome Station. I have not had any problems with the buses, and find it very convenient to get to my destination and back in a timely fashion. The driver's are very helpful, polite and courteous. Thank you for all your hard work and patience being our Driver's for those of us that depend on the bus systems.

Buses are rarely late or super early. Fair seating while waiting and decently cleaned, including the bathrooms. Although there's not a 'pick up' zone there is an empty and often unused parking lot next door as well as a connected parking garage that serves as a pickup area on the ground floor. I appreciate there's always transit police or a transit agent nearby as there has been instances they were need and they swiftly responded. Been using buses for years, especially this center since high school. If you're in need of resources the shelves are always stocked with transit books. There is an 1 Orca station on site (and more located at the Sounder station) Besides that theres a genuine bus shop just a moment away so I have to say for a small transit center it serves its purpose very well. Even better, the station is equipped with digital clocks which has been a little nifty addition to keep track of time. And yes, their clocks are correct but I question the clock tower accuracy.... More over if you're heading to Seattle between 3:30-6AM, I suggest being 45 or more minutes early because back to back those buses/routes are stuffed and the lines are 'loooong' so be prepared! I would also say the same to Seatac and UW at those hours as well. Needless to say, good station and safe commuting to everyone riding :)

If it's an option for you, I'd park at the bus/train station nearby. It's free and fairly secure.
