Concern about coyotes in neighborhood. They are out during the daytime, on occasion have followed residents, are seemingly pretty comfortable around people. Where does Animal Services come into this picture?

I think this would have nothing to do with animal services but the state Department of Fish and Wildlife would have more knowledge and more information about what it might be able to do about it if anything.
