Yes i m trying to get ahold of them they sent me a post to call them and they don't answer I have called alot and left voicemails......i went to tlc vet wonderful they looked at my dog today .he has a broken toe...the people at TLC vet is so awesome patient careing they are bo's new vet..thank you for all the help on here every one..god bless..and the people at concern for animals omg wonderful helped me out with a 75.00 dollar voucher...thank you thank you
