We recently renovated to a grocery store model where the lobby area use to be. To mitigate the loss of our lobby, we are asking folks to schedule appointments. We hope that appointments allow folks to know exactly when they should be here to shop and eases planning for those that have to make travel arrangements. The last hour of each distribution are designated "drop-in" times. So, if you miss your appointment or don't have an appointment, you can always come the last hour of each distribution to shop! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
They just overhauled the whole system. Appointments are required now and its set up more like a grocery store system. Those are the only details I remember. You would have to talk to them for more specifics on the new system.
