This is a place for adventurous sushi lover. If you are feeling curious for some exotic sushi courses, do Omakase, and this experience is not cheap. Lost 1 star because the wait time was 3 hours for my Omakase course. Other than that, it was fun to try new things.

Truly lives up to it's incredible reputation! We had the wild boar skewers, the bloodline tuna bowl, and the sashimi board in my picture, which was a chefs choice adventure, featuring so many delicious things, but the jack tuna and scallop were my two favorite, if I had to choose. Every piece was delicious... My friend and I were like, "We're not going to try and share every piece, right?" But then we'd each take one bite and be like, "YOU GOTTA TRY THIS!" Solid 5 star meal, from the food to the service. Excellent

We came and ordered the nami omakase, and it was delightful. Tried real wasabi for the first time, and it definitely hits differently. They don’t give soy sauce for you to dip the sashimi with, so you get to taste the freshness of the fish and the wasabi doesn’t hurt your head like usual wasabi does when you get too much of it. One of my favorites was the shrimp head. The whole thing was edible, crunchy, and very tasty. I’ve had a bad experience with uni somewhere else so I was hesitant to try it again, but the uni here gets shipped on the day of, and it was buttery and had a sweetness to it. Another item that I really liked was the spine of the eel. It was crunchy and tasted like chicken. It would make an awesome snack with sake. These are just some of the memorable items I’ve tasted. The overall meal was worth the experience, and I would recommend it. Also, shoutout to our waiter, Steve! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. He described each item on the plate to us and told us the origin of the sashimi. He was also very attentive and made sure to take the plates away when we were done after each course. Having an awesome server like him took our experience to the next level.

Down rated from 5⭐ to 3⭐ because waiter/waitress quality varied a lot here.. My first time here was a 5 star experience cuz we had an awesome waiter who is super knowledgeable in all our dishes, fishes and sake pairing. The second time was a horrible experience... Our waitress doesn't seem to have a clue about customer service and didn't have the patience to explain the differences between some options.

Yes, they do. The chef is very creative. One of the dishes we like he creates from the tuna bloodline. It's the part of tuna that no one likes and throws away but the chef is very resourceful and has created a very awesome dish with it.
